General information only
The guides on this site are general information, not legal or professional advice. Every property is different. A contractor's look at your land, and the reading that TVA, TDEC, the county, or your city gives its own rules, are what count.
A referral service
RoaneCountyLandClearing.com connects landowners with independent contractors. It doesn't guarantee any contractor's availability, pricing, or work. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.
Accuracy
The site is kept as accurate and current as practical, but there's no guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date. Rules and fees change; check the linked official pages.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, RoaneCountyLandClearing.com is not responsible for work performed by contractors or for decisions made based on information on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia.
